Комитет Госдумы по контролю и регламенту одобрил ко второму чтению поправку к избирательному законодательству, которая отменяет «день тишины» при многодневном голосовании. Предвыборная агитация в случае проведения голосования в течение нескольких дней подряд должна быть завершена «в ноль часов по местному времени первого дня голосования».
Своё мнение касательно такого решения высказал эксперт от Брянской области Артём Сухоломкин. Комментарий опубликован на портале «Экспертный клуб».
По мнению, эксперта, отмена «дня тишины» в случае многодневного голосования — решение правильное. Более того: сам день тишины был чистой формальностью. О том, за кого отдать свой голос, избиратель обычно знает заранее, а не принимает решение в последний день.
«День тишины» был формальностью, которую мало кто соблюдал. К тому же всегда есть интернет, полный блогов и соцсетей, который точно заглушить не получится. И если такие сложности наблюдались при однодневном голосовании, то при «трёхдневке» и соблюдать, и следить за агитацией будет сложнее»,- сообщает эксперт.
